The dog is a mature male, beagle type. He was neutered a while ago, very calm natured, gets along well with my cats. Is quiet of nature, yet he does act as my protector if someone trys to come into my yard. He has been here 10 days and has not once entered the house, not has he asked to come in. At night he walks around the property checking things out. I have had no problems with the oppossums since he arrived. You can see from one of the photos, his ears stick straight out to the sides. He sort of looks like Shrek in that way. He really is a great dog, but I can not financially afford to keep him and it is not that he eats a lot.
