Generally speaking, is it relatively safe to let cats wander around the more densly populated neighborhoods of Boquete?
In the States our biggest problems are cars and coyotes. What danger may be lurking for the felines when we move to Boquete?

I have never seen or heard coyotes here, and the feral cats seem to wander without getting caught by anything. It really depends on where you live. Cars are a problem everywhere if you live on a busy street.
