Hi everybody, first I want to thank everybody for the time you took to read the message, for all your support, I realy apreciate all that, really, today my biggest dream became in my worse nightmare. the place was ready,all the work paper in the goverment, I bought all the equipment,I sent to biuld the cages almost 600 bucks, grooming tables, dryers, clippers, everything, I painted the place, maybe some of you saw it, well, today the company i hured was going to put the advertisement in the window and the door,thanks good U could call the company to canceled the installation but anyway I lost that money. ok, today I arrived to the place before noon, I had called the owner because I need the keys, I had paid the deposit for the place almost 400 bucks at the beginning of this month and we signed a contract, so this is what happened:

I arrived to the place cause I wanted to sipervise the intalation of the advertisement, a very beautiful one, with pictures of dogs and all that, almost 200 bucks in all, well I arrived and the woman was not there, she lives behind the place, after 30 minutes she arrived she approached to me and just said she had to talk with me, she said, I can give you the place!, I got in shock, after all the unvestment I made in equipment and time, I was supposed to be in uruguay last weekend to handle some dogs in the americas y el caribe dog show, next weekend in costa rica and the last weekend un panama city, I sacrifaced all that and said I CANT to my clients for my very first time just to make my dream come true. Here are the reason this woman gave me after so many days and money invested

1- She said that the pupe system of the place do not draun the water to the tank of disposed water, jajajajaja who build somerhing that way, what a lie, I had brough a plumber and he told me that everything was fine, she alsi saud, "we put those pipes because we wanted to open a fast food rest, so I wonder if so, Where the hell she was going to drain the water? ahe said that by casuallity ahe asked that to her plumber yesterday.

2- Now, she says that the bother of her dead husband, "who now she said is her partner " told her yesterday "Doris, you know my dream was to open a office in that spot" so, why he did not in the past?

3- She says that "maybe a groomind salon is not the right bussiness for that spot, I do not know what to say.

everyrhing she saud was: "do not werry I will give you back the money you gave un advanced" plus what you spent in painting jajajaj what a joke.

On saturday while I was painting a woman from a polutucal party came to talk wirh her because ahe wanted that place, ina day after I am taken out, is it funny? so do nor get impreseed if you get to see a comunist political party installed There, she saud "anybody" wull rent that spot, U wanna see That.

She told me" because I am a serious person" I decided to tell you this.

People wuth only fow days to open do you consider this is fair?
she said she is a serious person. Is she?

After more than one year doing everything to get a place to open the grooming salon, I thougt I had gotten it, and guess what I HAVE NOTHING.

You do not have any idea about how dissapointed, dreppressed and sad I feel, I have everything and at the same time nothing.

I do not realy know what else to say.

I lost a complete month in something that..... I do not know

Well, I will keep looking for a place, If some of you have a spot, a house for rent let me know, In case the installation od a water reserve tank is required I am able to install it with the pipe systen.

finally everything I have to say is "be careful with people like that" well U do not know what else to say. bye everybody and take care.

Yes, Roberto. It does sound like you have suffered..

Can you not take your case to the Alcalde? I am sure there must be something he can do to help? It doesn't sound right that you can be told that you can not rent the place after all the money, time and effort you have put in.
